  • Unlimited (or semi-unlimited / defined) Voxer access for voice/text support throughout your coaching timeframe. Send me your thoughts, questions, wins, fears, logs — I’ll be in your corner, responding with clarity, guidance, reflections.

  • Weekly voice-note check-ins to help us track progress, recognize nervous system cues (stress, regulation, dysregulation), and tweak what we’re doing so your healing can move forward.

  • A kick-off call (or session): 45 minutes to map out where you are now, what your unique nervous system story looks like, what has been working or not working, and set core goals.

  • Tailored tools & resources just for you: somatic regulation practices, movement suggestions, whole food & eating guidance (when your system is ready), rest & sleep support, mindset shifts from behavioral health

  • Periodic reflections / feedback loops: I’ll help you see patterns (physical, emotional, mental) that might be holding you back or keeping your nervous system in survival mode, so we can gently move you out of them.

  • A personalized resource library / workbook for the duration: worksheets, mini lessons on nervous system education, tools you can revisit whenever you need grounding.

All packages come with a clear agreement on response time (e.g. I reply within 24 hours on weekdays), boundaries around message length / number, and an understanding of mutual respect for rest and capacity.

  • What if I’m new to working with someone on my nervous system? Totally fine — this work is rooted in behavioral health and somatic awareness. I’ll guide you step by step.

  • What if I can’t always respond or feel overwhelmed? We’ll always work with your pace. Voxer allows pauses. You choose when to step away.

  • How fast will I see changes? Everyone’s timeline is different. Some clients feel shifts in the first week; deeper, more stable healing takes time. Commit to the work, show up, and allow rest.

  • What about confidentiality & privacy? Everything we share is private. Your voice notes, messages, reflections stay between us.
